The Women Race El Corte Inglés returns to Tarragona on Sunday breaking participation record
The 7th edition of the Women Race El Corte Inglés returns to Tarragona this Sunday, October 23, and exceeds the figures for 2019, thus breaking the statistics that indicate a drop in participation in popular races in general.
More than 2,100 runners will participate in this solidarity race, the benefits of which are destined for the Association Against Cancer in Tarragona. Of the total registrations, the male participation should be highlighted, which continues to grow in this edition, reaching the 311 men who will take the start this Sunday from 9:30 a.m., on the Rambla del President Companys, just in front of El Corte English.
Along 5 kilometers, the participants will cross the main streets of the city: Rambla Nova, Balcón del Mediterráneo, Via del Imperio Romano, Avenida Cataluña, Rambla de Francesc
Macià, Rambla del President Companys, under the motto "You don't run to win a race, you run to beat an illness".
