Extended schedules and special buses to go to the cemeteries for Tots Sants

Like every year, the municipalities of the province have organized special devices for the celebration of Tots Sants. These basically consist of extending the hours of the cemeteries, as well as parking for attendees and special bus lines to facilitate access. In addition, some town councils have also organized both classical and more modern music recitals to remember loved ones.


The Tarragona cemetery will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. until November 2, and the Guàrdia Urbana carries out a special traffic device. This consists in that the vehicle parking in front of the cemetery has been enabled this year for passengers with reduced mobility, taxis and for the descent of elderly people. The dissuasive parking will be available and will be extended with the side areas closest to the cemetery, as in other years. And also this year there will be an increase in parking with the new orange zone of the highway underpass.

In addition, until tomorrow the EMT has reinforced line 6, with more frequent passage of buses to reach the municipal cemetery.


Until November 2, the Reus cemetery will open its doors continuously between 9:00 and 18:30. Today and tomorrow, when a greater influx of visitors is expected, the opening hours are extended and the site will open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

To improve the capacity inside, it will not be possible to access or park a vehicle inside the enclosure. People with reduced mobility will have a large part of the car parks in front of the cemetery reserved. Of course, new parking spaces will be enabled to increase the number of available spaces. The Consistory recommends that the population preferentially use the new parking areas in the Granja Vila estate.


Like every year, the Cambrils City Council will offer a special free bus service to go to the cemetery on October 31 and November 1, Tots Sants Day. The urban bus will make three round trips to facilitate the movement of all those people who do not have a vehicle and want to go to the cemetery to remember their deceased relatives.

Three different times have been set to go to the cemetery: at 9:30 am, at 10:30 am and at 11:30 am. The bus will depart from Paseo La Salle and will make stops at the Casal Municipal de la Gent Gran, the bus station, Creu de la Missió square, Adelaida avenue, Passeig Albert and Carlos Roig square until it reaches the place of worship .

The departure times from the cemetery will be at 11:00, 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. and the route will be: Plaza Carles Roig, Paseos Albert and la Salle, the Casal Municipal, the bus station and Plaza Creu de la Missió.


Salou City Council will make the tourist train available to the public, which will make free trips to the cemetery on the morning of Tots Sants. The service will begin at 10 a.m. with the first one-way route, from Plaza Onze de Setembre to the cemetery. Departures will take place every half hour, with the last one at 2:30 p.m. As for the routes back to Salou, the frequency will be the same, starting the service at 10:15 a.m. and ending at 2:45 p.m. At 11:00 in the morning, the musical performance Recital pel Record will take place in the cemetery hall. In the afternoon, at 4:30 p.m., the Rosary will be passed in the chapel. The opening hours of the cemetery are, until the next day 3, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The opening hours of the cemetery today and tomorrow are extended from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In addition, there will be police controls at the access roundabout to the L'Albà polygon, where it is located in the cemetery, to facilitate entry.


Until November 2, the opening hours of the Torredembarra Municipal Cemetery will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In addition, on November 1, at 11 am, the concert 'Recital pel record' will take place, where up to fifteen pieces will be performed, organized by Mémora with the collaboration of the Torredembarra City Council. The assistance is free and no cost.


Today and tomorrow, the Valls municipal cemetery will be open continuously from eight in the morning until six in the afternoon. In addition, tomorrow, Tuesday, at half past eleven in the morning, the Recital for the Record will take place in the same cemetery. Specifically, classical pieces by Mozart, Schubert, Rodoreda, Bach, Haendel, Puccini or Verdi and well-known songs by Eric Clapton, John Lennon or Joan Manuel Serrat, among others, will be performed.

Mont Blanc

The Montblanc municipal cemetery will remain open every day until tomorrow, uninterrupted from nine in the morning to six in the afternoon. Likewise, tomorrow at half past twelve in the afternoon there will be a music recital for the memory with the interpretation of pieces by Mozart, Shubert, Rodoreda, Bach, Albinoni or Haendel, among others.

On the other hand, the City Council has developed the expansion works of the car park located next to the cemetery. These works are added to the intervention of consolidation, improvement and cleaning of the main facade of the cemetery, which has been carried out in recent weeks.


One more year, coinciding with the Tots Sants festivity, the Tortosa City Council will re-enable the free shuttle bus service to reach the Sant Llàtzer cemetery. It will circulate on the afternoon of Monday, October 31 (from 2:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and on Tuesday, November 1 (from 8:10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), with an approximate frequency of 30 minutes. Residents traveling by private vehicle will have to access from the Unió roundabout and via Perelló street (next to the Parc de los Països Catalans), since Barcelona street is currently under construction.


The City Council of Amposta, with the aim of facilitating mobility for the Tots Sants festival, will also offer a free bus service with a stop at the cemetery tomorrow, November 1. The hours will be from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.


In Deltebre, the cemetery opens its doors these days from 08:00 in the morning until 21:00 at night. The City Council has carried out different actions to improve and maintain the facilities. One of them is the premiere of a new space in memory of all the people who have lost their lives due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It has also been painted, walls in poor condition have been replaced, green areas improved and LED lighting installed.
